To assist us in protecting the usefulness and enjoyment of the Souvenir Design Products for its users, we require that our customers comply with the terms of this Acceptable Use of Legal Terms, which outlines our policies on acceptable use of our services.

When using any products from this website that may be made available to you by this site, you are prohibited from engaging in certain activities which include, but are not limited to those described in these legal terms.

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities described below it may, at our  sole discretion and without notice to you, result in the immediate (1) restriction, suspension or termination of your use of the Services, without compensation, (2) blocking or filtering of content, data or materials accessed by you through these Services. Novelty cards and their ownership may be illegal in some countries. It is the your responsibility to ensure the product is legal in your region before purchasing any product from this website. The procurement of a novelty card you declare that ownership of novelty cards is legitimate in your place of residence. Such activities may also result in civil or criminal liability. The foregoing applies notwithstanding any language or term to the contrary contained in any agreement that you may have with us. 

We are not an issuing authority of any governmental entity or agency that is authorized to issue identification documents, means of identification, or authentication features. All products are sold for commemorative, novelty and amusement purposes only, and are not an official replacement of any government issued card or document. They are not issued by any government administration and is not a replacement of any official product, nor a legal substitute for any official products issued by any government body.

This site does not violate any Forgery or Counterfeiting laws locally and internationally. We invite any country law enforcement agency to order our products and be rest assured that we are not violating any local law or international laws currently in existence. We do not sell official government issued cards or documents issued by any official government office, agency or bureau. Any original designs are sold for novelty, commemorative, celebratory, commemoratory, dedicatory, in memory, in remembrance, memorial, observing as a memento, or for a collection or exhibit, for decorative purposes, for a dramatic presentation, such as a theater, film, or television production or for for any other recreational, souvenir or amusement purpose, and not for any legal or official purpose.

We do not condone misuse of our cards to gain products or services that require age verification, nor do we condone people using our cards to deceive any one in general. We use the the term 'Fake ID' as an industry standard term.

Misuse or purchase of any novelty card products  may be illegal, whether as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, or other. If you choose to misuse this card for anything other than its purpose of a novelty card you recognize that you may be breaking the law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in the application for any product order. and agree no commemorative or novelty product is to be used for any official purpose, or to use, deal with or act upon it as if they were genuine, or to induce any person by the belief that it is genuine.

You understand all content is owned and controlled by the designers and affiliates, or by third party content providers, merchants, sponsors and licensors that have licensed their content or the right to market their products and services. All content on this site, operated, licensed or controlled by the Providers is solely for the customers personal, non-commercial use. The use or mention of any tradename, product name, image or trademark on this site was selected by design as being representative of original format and is in no way intended to suggest that the trademark owner is at all affiliated with or endorses this site, and any original design may vary and is not representative of any officially issued design as all images are trademarks or registered trademarks of original designers, and are for reference only. We  reserve the right to amend any original product design at any time as each product design is updated through our designers. Novelty ID or Fake Driver License is a generic term and has no implicit meaning.  You agree  to abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any content.

You agree and warrant that your use of our products, and all sales and distributions, by any and all means, of any type(s) of product including, but not limited to, executable files, custom designs, or reference copies of copyrighted works; and any type of products ordered by you, which are referenced, or are in any other way directly or indirectly associated with your use of any novelty products, shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local and international laws throughout the the world.
 
We expressly disclaims any indication that it is an authorized dealer or agent of any of the original designs whose products are featured on this site. All products are custom designed originals and are the property of website owners and its affiliates, and are not issued or designed for any official purpose. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on these sites are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by this site.

We reserve the right to immediately withdraw, revoke or terminate any order from customers, who we find to disrespect, defame, dispute or post comments against this site, its staff, affiliates, services and products.

You agree and certify that all the following provided for any order is true and correct. You are not impersonating anyone. You are not going to use any information, novelty documents or products provided by this site to commit a crime or deceive others. You are not going to duplicate any novelty documents or products provided in any way from its original format. You will not provide false information to in the process of obtaining any novelty documents or products.

You will not use any original design in any manner prohibited by any laws, restrictions or regulations, and You shall be solely responsible for use of the original design and agree that they are solely responsible for determining whether use of any custom design created for your own personal or business use requires the consent of any other party or the license of any additional rights, and further understands that all product designs are original designs and not an authentication feature issued by or under the authority of any government, state, political subdivision of a state, a foreign government, political subdivision of a foreign government, an international governmental or an international quasi-governmental organization.

You agree and understand use or misuse of any card or document may be illegal, as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, possession, abuse or violation of local and international laws. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when ordering any products from website, and understand you could be prosecuted if you provide any false information. It's a federal crime to make false statements or to misrepresent your information under false pretenses.

You understand we do not condone misuse of any product or original design for illegal or fraudulent purpose, and obeys all local and international laws, any violation will be immediately rectified.

You authorize us, our affiliates and representative agents to order any product and authorize them to submit and forward any application on his/her behalf for any product to any authorized issuing agency, and understand the you are solely responsible for an application consultant and processing fee, and we cannot guarantee the issuance of any card or document unless the authorized issuing agency is satisfied with their own requirements for issuance of any card or document.   

You understand this product is not to be used for real, legal or official purposes of any kind, unless any card or document is issued lawfully for the use of the possessor, and they are legally entitled to do so. You shall not distribute or disclose the same to third parties for any official purpose.

You understand driver license, certificate, permit, degree, diploma are generic industry terms to describe and promote novelty products and have no implicit meanings and there are no trademark rights to the word. Spidentity products do not confer any rights or privileges of any kind whatsoever on the bearer. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

You may not use any card or document to impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.

You further agrees to accept full and complete responsibility for the purchase, use or misuse of any custom original product design.

It is your responsibility to check local laws before ordering any product to ensure they are not violating any laws. All key words, wording, images and meta tags are generic industry terms and are not protected under any trademark, and not meant for description of novelty products, or issued as a replacement of any legal official product.
